Introduction to Cuisine
Most of the Coorg recipes featured in this portal have been sourced from the recipes contributed by Shalini Nanda Nagappa and Manavattira Sharada Mandana. There are also Kodava recipes gleaned from the book ‘Kodava Theeni’ brought out by the Karnataka Kodava Sahithya Academy, and translated into English by Boverianda Maya Muddaiya.
Manavattira Sharada Mandana is a culinary expert, especially of Kodava cuisine.
